Shipping Estimates
Shipping estimates are based on the products requested, quantity, destination, parcel or freight requirements, chemical or hazardous-material handling, and receiving conditions at the delivery site. Heavy, bulky, or freight-delivered products may require dock access, liftgate coordination, or special delivery instructions.
Quote Review
Quote responses may confirm product availability, packaging, minimum quantities, delivery constraints, substitutions, and special handling before a purchase order or payment is accepted.
Damaged Shipments
If a delivery box or pallet arrives visibly damaged, refuse the shipment when possible. If damaged products are accepted, note the damage on the carrier delivery record, keep the product and original packaging, and contact us within 10 days of receipt so the issue can be reviewed. Damaged merchandise is typically exchanged for the same product after verification.
Defective Products
Defective-product concerns must be reported within 30 days of receipt. After a return authorization is issued, defective items may be inspected before credit, replacement, or other resolution is approved. After 30 days, manufacturer warranty support may apply depending on the product.
Unopened Non-Defective Returns
Non-defective items that are unopened and complete may be eligible for return within 30 days of the original purchase date after return authorization is issued. Approved non-defective returns are shipped back at the customer's expense and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Items Not Eligible For Return
Opened non-defective merchandise is not accepted for return. Health supplies, medical supplies, food items, and other hygiene-sensitive products are final sale for health and safety reasons unless a verified defect or shipment issue applies.
Return Authorization
Returns must be authorized before shipment. Returned products must be complete, unused when applicable, and include original manufacturer packaging, UPC codes, manuals, accessories, warranty cards, and other included documentation. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests can be made before an order ships, but cancellation is not guaranteed once an order is preparing for shipment. If the cancellation window has passed, the return policy above may apply after delivery.

Customers should verify delivery address, receiving hours, contact information, product specifications, pack quantities, and facility restrictions before an order is finalized.
